1. Scope

This notice applies to visitors to rittenhouseintel.com and to people who contact Rittenhouse about a fit review or prospective engagement. A signed client agreement may include additional terms for customer records used in a recovery program.

2. Information you provide

The fit-review form asks for business-level information such as your company, website, trade, approximate opportunity volume, average project value, name, and work email. Submitting the form opens a draft in your email application; the website itself does not upload or store those answers. Rittenhouse receives them only after you choose to send the email.

Do not include homeowner records, customer lists, health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information in the website form or an unsolicited email.

3. Technical information

The site host and infrastructure providers may process standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

4. How information is used

Rittenhouse may use enquiry information to evaluate fit, respond to you, prepare a proposed scope, administer a prospective or active relationship, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Website information is not sold and is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, email, security, professional advice, and business operations, subject to appropriate obligations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

6. Retention and protection

Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legitimate recordkeeping and legal needs. Rittenhouse uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Questions and requests

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email info@rittenhouseintel.com. Rittenhouse may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
