The free fit review uses business-level screening details only. If a pilot is accepted, Rittenhouse and the contractor first agree the required fields, permitted purpose, transfer method, access, and retention terms.
1. Minimum necessary fields
A recovery workflow should use only the information reasonably needed to identify an eligible opportunity, conduct approved outreach, qualify renewed interest, perform a handoff, and document attribution. The exact fields are defined during onboarding.
2. Purpose limitation
Contractor-supplied records are used for the approved recovery program and related administration. They are not sold, added to unrelated marketing lists, or used for another contractor's campaign.
3. Transfer and access
Before records are provided, the parties select a protected transfer method appropriate to the engagement and identify who requires access. Access is limited to the people and service providers supporting the agreed workflow and is removed when no longer needed.
4. Message and eligibility controls
Customer-facing language, sender identity, segment criteria, cadence, and return path are approved before launch. Contractor instructions, known opt-outs, suppression records, and applicable channel rules are incorporated into the workflow. The contractor remains responsible for confirming it has authority to supply and use the records.
5. Handoff and attribution
When a customer qualifies, Rittenhouse returns the agreed record and response context through the approved route. Program reporting should identify status and value without exposing unnecessary personal data to people who do not need it.
6. Retention and disposition
Retention periods and end-of-engagement handling are agreed before activation. Records are returned, deleted, or retained only as the agreement and applicable obligations require. Suppression information may be retained when needed to respect future opt-outs.
7. Questions or concerns
